We deliver across India, covering all major cities and towns.

International shipping is available to select countries. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service for more details.

Shipping Charges

Within India:

Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

International Shipping:

Charges vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Any additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Customised or made-to-order jewelry may take 7-14 days to dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metropolitan Cities: 2-5 business days.

Other Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days.

International Orders: 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, weather disruptions, or remote area locations.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners, such as Sequel, BVC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post, to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track the progress of your shipment.

Packaging & Safety

All jewellery items are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Please check for any tampering before opening your parcel. If there are any signs of tampering then please take an unboxing video for future validation of issues discovered. For high-value orders, we use insured shipping for additional security.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is currently not available.

Undelivered Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply if the initial delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service at info@starlajewels.com. For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service and provide a replacement or refund, subject to availability and investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order is damaged in transit, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you in the replacement or return process. For details on returns and exchanges, refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
