Gift card questions
How long is the card valid for? +
Five years from the date of issue. Once redeemed in part, the remaining balance stays valid till the original expiry — no separate clock for the leftover amount.
Where can it be redeemed? +
Across all 14 Starla stores in India, on starla.com, on the Starla app, and via our WhatsApp atelier (+91 22 6612 4400). Redeem the full amount or part — the balance stays on the card until used.
Can I schedule it for a future date? +
Yes — set the date and time in step 3 of the builder. We'll deliver via email and (optionally) WhatsApp at that exact moment, in their local timezone.
What if she doesn't see the email? +
We send a follow-up nudge after 7 days, and a final reminder at 30 days. You'll also get an alert when the card is opened, redeemed, or two weeks before expiry. Lost cards are reissuable instantly.
Can the card be used for bespoke pieces? +
Yes — fully redeemable against atelier-made bespoke pieces, hallmarked stock pieces, or against the trousseau builder. Cannot be used to top-up another gift card.
Is there a refund policy? +
Unredeemed cards are fully refundable to the original payment method within 14 days of issue. Once partially redeemed, the remaining balance stays as store credit but is no longer refundable.
