Exchange & Resizing Guidelines

  • No Monetary Refunds: All sales are final regarding cash/card refunds. We happily assist with design exchanges or ring re-sizings.
  • Design Exchanges: Permitted within 15 days of delivery for pieces of equal or higher value.
  • Ring Re-sizing: We offer complimentary one-time ring re-sizing (within ±2 sizes) on standard catalog designs.
  • Condition: Items must be completely unworn with original security tags, BIS hallmark, and authenticity certificates intact.
  • Bespoke / Custom: Custom engraved or personalized bespoke creations cannot be exchanged.
